Once payment clears, we set up your subscription and prepare your login details.

We send your login plus a device-specific guide. Enter them in your player and start watching.

First time with us? After payment we’ll send everything you need and help you through the first setup if you’d like a hand.

Coming to the end of a plan? Renew in a message and we’ll keep your service running without interruption — same login, no re-setup.

How long does activation take?

Most subscriptions are active within minutes of payment being confirmed. At very busy times it can take a little longer, but we’ll keep you updated.

I’ve paid but nothing arrived — what now?

Check your messages and spam folder first, then send us your payment reference on WhatsApp. We’ll confirm and resend your details straight away.

Do I keep the same login when I renew?

Yes. Renewing extends your existing subscription, so there’s no need to set your device up again.
