How setup works on any device
The exact taps differ by device, but every install follows the same three steps.
Install a player app
Download a compatible IPTV player from your device’s app store — we tell you exactly which one for your model.
Enter your details
Type in the login or playlist link we send you. This connects the app to your subscription.
Load the channels
The app pulls in the channel list and TV guide. Give it a moment, then start watching.
Pick your device
Open your TV’s app store, install a supported IPTV player, then add the login details we provide. On Android TV you can also sideload a recommended player if your model needs it. We’ll point you to the right one for your exact TV.
From the Fire Stick home screen, search for a supported player and install it. Open it, enter the details we send, and the channels load automatically. We include screenshots in the guide we message you.
Install a recommended player from the Play Store (or our provided file for TV boxes), sign in with your details, and you’re set. Great for watching on the go as well as on the big screen.
Install a compatible player from the App Store, add your subscription details, and load the list. We’ll send the iOS-specific steps so it’s quick.
Use VLC or a supported desktop player with the playlist link we provide. Handy for testing your connection or watching while you work.
We don’t recommend specific third-party apps by name here, because the best choice depends on your exact device — message us and we’ll tell you which to use.
Quick troubleshooting
Buffering
Restart the app and router, try a wired connection, and close other downloads. Still stuck? We’ll switch you to a closer server.
Login not working
Re-enter the details carefully — they’re case-sensitive. Send us a screenshot and we’ll spot the issue fast.
Missing channels
Refresh the channel list in the app settings. If something’s still missing, tell us and we’ll check it for you.
