When a refund applies
If you experience a genuine technical problem that our support team cannot resolve within a reasonable time, you may request a refund for the unused portion of your subscription. We will always try to fix the issue first.
When a refund may not apply
- Where the issue is caused by your own internet connection, hardware or local network and is outside our control.
- Where you have used a significant part of the subscription period without reporting a problem.
- Where a free trial was available and the issue would have been apparent during it.
